Privacy
GuestYield uses submitted information to review enquiries, contact prospective clients and discuss relevant management services. Information you share is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties.
Enquiry information submitted through the property-review form may be processed through Tally, the form provider, in line with its own privacy practices. Information submitted through the enquiry form on this page is sent directly to GuestYield via your own email client.
Important: GuestYield never requests booking-platform passwords through any public enquiry form. Any platform access needed for management is arranged securely and directly with you after an agreement is in place.
Website Terms
The information on this website is provided in good faith as an introduction to GuestYield's services. The exact scope, fees, responsibilities, provider availability and reporting arrangements for your property are set out in a written proposal and agreement — so both sides always know precisely what has been agreed.
The operating commitments in GuestYield's service promise describe how every managed property is run, and they are written into each management agreement.
Owners are onboarded directly into the property-management software GuestYield uses to run their listing, so reporting reflects real data rather than a separate custom portal. Deals and offers are confirmed in writing as part of your proposal and may be adjusted for property condition, location or scope.
GuestYield is an independent management service and is not affiliated with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or other booking platforms.
